you submit your SUR, it will be entered into our support database
for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by our support
department, a customer tracking number and support technician
will be assigned. Please be as specific as possible when describing
the problem.

Please use this form whenever possible. Any other information
you think might help such as sample programs, should be included
with the Software User Report. The reports will be analyzed
by our development team and appropriate action taken. Unless
